The trainee works full-time with your team for 12 or 24 months on a nationally recognised Cert III/IV. You provide normal day-to-day supervision; we support you throughout.
One all-inclusive fortnightly invoice starting at $25.53/hr + GST. Rate scales with trainee level. Quarterly performance reviews and EAP support included. At completion, hire them permanently with no placement fee, or wrap up cleanly.
