How it works

Three moves. One fortnightly invoice.

We hire.

WorkVentures recruits, vets, interviews, and shortlists candidates against your role brief. We then employ the trainee directly. Payroll, super, workers comp, all of it. No recruitment fee.

You host.

The trainee works full-time with your team for 12 or 24 months on a nationally recognised Cert III/IV. You provide normal day-to-day supervision; we support you throughout.

Everyone wins.

One all-inclusive fortnightly invoice starting at $25.53/hr + GST. Rate scales with trainee level. Quarterly performance reviews and EAP support included. At completion, hire them permanently with no placement fee, or wrap up cleanly.

WorkVentures is the legal employer. We carry the contract, the performance management, the leave admin, and the EAP. If a fit isn't right, we manage the exit, not you.
